122 vent window seal question 120-130 1965

Hi, and thanks. The omega clips are the little "c" shaped guys right? yeah I took those off to take off the door panel, which I'm rebuilding and upolstering. So the door is now bare metal, and I can look all inside and feel around. It's just kinda mysterious. In the end I need to have the entire triangular window out of its border , because the new rubber seal, once installed, has to be punctured essentially by the swivel/axis point of the window... know what I mean? And the older seal is rivited to the 4 shaped devil. Simple yet complicated. I'll keep looking/trying. Thanks!
