There's one more screw, which holds the lowermost end of the window channel piece to the door. Once you undo this screw, remove the rollup window from the tracks (you don't need to remove it from the door, just get it out of the tracks - or ignore it, and it'll fall out as you're trying to remove the vent window frame). THEN you can tip the top of the wing window frame aft and wiggle it out of the door.

Reassembly is (heh) the opposite of removal.
