I got it running today with the help of kyle and dennis. It was the in-tank filter that was causing the problem. Now I only have 2 remaining problems 1)the trans never shifted out of 1st while driving it, and it shifts kinda hard when putting it into gear. and 2)it is still overheating according to my dash gauge. Still overheating even after the great 6 blade fan that dennis set me up with is installed. Thats it for now.... Any thoughts???
