Yes, litterally.
I plugged the holes in a B20F head with nickles. Not glamorous, kind of funny, but it worked.
I made gaskets to fit the recess of the injector hole, used gasket sealer on the head side, dropped a nickle on top, and retained the nickle with a piece of bar stock bridging between the port and injector retainer bolt.
This goofy fix has worked for years.
Plus I have the benefit of adding 20 cents of value to the car.
