B21 rods in 75 B20 engine 120-130 1965

Summer is officially gone, and time for the indoor sports. So time to tear down the B20F on my engine stand. When it was pulled a couple years ago it ran but had a serious rod knock.

I have a set of new +.030 Mahle pistons for the later style B20. I also have enough valves, etc to do whatever I need to do with the head. Hopefully the crankshaft is machinable.

I may need to replace the loud rod. I was thinking a full set of B21 or B23 rods may work if I remember correctly. Will they, and if so is there a year range I should be looking for? Are there any other considerations? Sorry for the repeat question but you all know about the search function.
