71' 145 strange problems... 140-160

That's what the 71 green book says..
Full throttle 3-2 is 59 mph [on a grade]
This one is harder to test.
Remember the auto's are cranking @4K at 60-65
And they only get @20 mpg.
But they sure are nice in traffic. [I passed thru Portland at the wrong time of day, on the way down from
Bellingham,creepin along, just like here]
They may spin out and stop pulling shifting late.
When running different wheel diameters,the kick down
cable also allows tuning even thou the speedo is off.
