flame trap - best source for parts? 200 1989

Hi all,

My 240's idle is a bit off, although it runs great when I give it gas. I suspect a clogged flame trap. I figure it's cheap and should be replaced routinely anyway, and judging by the condition of the shocks and struts when I bought the car, I'm willing to bet it's never been properly serviced! Anyway I looked through FCP's site and turned up no flame trap kit, although when I went to foreigncarpartsonline.com, this page sells a kit. Should I also replace the breather box while I'm in there? Any other tips not found in the 700/900 FAQ? Thanks in advance.

FWIW here is the main page for parts, anyone have any experience? Are they the same as FCPGroton?
