Odd-looking 264 TE? 200

I was at Safeway a few days ago, and I saw this odd-looking Volvo, from the early 80's. It was a 264 followed by two letters, I think it was "TE" or something. The car was like a long wheel-base version of the 240/260 series from that era.. it had the normal-sized back doors, but the rear seat was about 2 feet back farther, and the trunk was the same size. There were two folded-up seats behind the front seats, as if they folded out and were rear-facing seats.

Anyone have any idea what this is, and if it's a customized option or if Volvo actually created such a conception?
