Finishing Head Gasket work FINALLY! One last question.......91 240 200 1991

First, thanks to everyone for helping me through my first head gasket job - this forum is a lifesaver. I just put almost everything back together - timing belt is next.

Paranoia is back. Is there ANYTHING else I need to do before turning the key on this thing after it is done? This is the first time I pulled the head and had it machined. Reinstalled it as it was when I picked it up at the shop. Should I have lubed anything? I reinstalled the camshaft sprocket and moved it slightly to align the dot with the timing mark - it was off just a bit - and the camshaft seemed kind of stiff......

I am using Bentley and Haynes, but you guys are one heck of a supplement. Thanks again!
