They did, at best, a poor job. This shouldn't be a hard car to line up. Firestone in my experience, is spotty. SOmetimes it's ok, sometimes it's just Walmart people pushing addon products and doing a bad job of it.
I think you need to stop, write down just what you documented for us, write down all the charges and services rendered, get all the facts in front of you, and look up the regional manager for your firestone dealer.
You could talk to the shop manager- I feel they owe you a refund for the alignment service. If the shop owner is who you already talked to (not just a writer or assistant manager) then you need to go over his head to the regional manager. Contact the Better Business Bureau if you have trouble finding out who that is. They probably are a member- most decent shops are. IF not, BBB will be able to tell you about their track record, good or bad.
They owe you a refund. Pursue it with your credit card company if they do not oblige.
