Hall Sensor? 700

It is kind of hard to follow what you have going on here. Suffice to say that the 90 year model engine and trans uses an engine speed sensor that is mounted to the back of the block and gets it's pulses from the shudder wheel that is incorporated into the flywheel or flexplate. If you stuffed an earlier style engine and trans in that car it will not run, period. To make it work you will need to install the correct transmission or at the very least the correct bell housing that is notched for the sensor, the correct flexplate, and you will have to mount the sender to the back of the block. Mounting up the sensor is obviously going to be the tough part.
