frozen header pipe nuts 200 1993

I just did my 91. I was changing my exhaust manifold gaskets. What a treat. I pulled the header pipe still attached to the manifold because of the lack of space to run my oxy-acetylene. On the ground I heated the manifold-header bolts so they would come off without breaking. I was successful. Almost for sure they would have snapped off if I didn't heat them up cherry red.
