Water pump gaskets 200

OK, so I tore down the entire front of the engine. I replaced the timing belt, timing belt tensioner, Top "O" Ring gasket on the water pump and the water pump gasket. Replaced heater tube gasket that goes into water pump.
As long as I was at it, I replaced all of the AC, PS, And Fan belts.
I put it all back together and guess what.........Coolant leak at the heater tube "O" ring seal.
What a royal pain in the ass this is. Is there any way to snug up that tube tightly into the water pump?
I had the bracket that holds it to the pump tight....but when I removed the pump I ended up bending the bracket some. I think I may have thrown it out of whack, therefore its not fitting tightly into the tube.
Any thoughts folks? Any way to remedy this without a complete teardown again?
Thank you.
