No start 1990 740 GL revisited 700

Update for no start 740 1990.
Washed the engine (I hope it did) with seafoam. A day later the car is completely dead again (no start).
Got another Bendix computer with same result. Cleaned the new spark plugs. When cranking the engine without plugs , I can see a dense fog of gas out of the sparkplug holes (so injection OK?).
Cleaned and scraped the contacts in new distributor. No fault codes from ignition computer. Tachometer jumping when cranking. The coil jumps about 1/4 inch spark at most. The plugs fire very inconsistent. It is as if I lose a lot of power from coil to plug but everything is new.
Do I have a bad coil (REX)?
