Lowering 245 front 200

I have 86 245 with IPD overload springs in the back. My problem is the front of the car seems to ride very high. Can I just add Turbo front springs? or do the IPD lowering springs give you more of a drop? I've heard people say they are the same height, and others say they are different. Can someone who knows please clarify?

I wish to keep the overload springs for towing jet skis and the like, it seems to sit just right, but compared to other volvos of the same age, the front tends to ride higher. I will be replacing the front struts soon, so if it is worth my while, I'd like to do all of it at the same time.

Thanks in advance.

AJ
