Titania o2 sensor questions 700 1990

Rex-Regina 740, with titania-type O2 sensor. I'm trying to get my city mpg above 18-20ish, and finally got around to putting a scope on the o2 sensor... problem is I don't know what I should be seeing for signal voltage. At idle I've got a fairly steady waveform cycling from 0 to 1.1 or 1.2V. Transition time from 0 to 1V is generally about 100mS, no higher than 150mS, but slightly longer dropping back to 0V. Average time for one full cycle is 2.4s, consisting of between 0.7S - 1.1S duration at 0V, and between 1.0S - 1.2S over 1V. Does this sound about right to any of you who happen to know the specs for this sensor type (or anybody with a scope, a Regina car, and too much time on their hands...)? My understanding was that most titania sensors used a supply voltage of 1 or 5v, but the Regina ECU is supplying battery voltage, shared between the heater and the element itself... so the info I've got is pretty well useless. Any help is appreciated!
