Coolant Flush & Fill, New Hoses - Do I need to replace Heater Hoses - Also ps belt noise 200 1993

My Volvo's currently in service are two 740 turbos and three 240's. All are equipped with low coolant sensors.

The 240's are easier to do. Simply run a wire from a switched male connnector on the fuse box behind the cluster to a small red light installed in one of the removable panels beside the radio. I use one from Radio Shack that installs in a drilled 1/2" hole. From the light continue on to the large rubber grommet through the firewall and connect to a float switch installed (involves drilliing a 3/8" hole) in the reservoir and then to ground.

I am away from home so I do not have the link to the site where I purchase the switches. They run about $12.

With the risk of warping an aluminum head/blowing a headgasket caused by undetected coolant loss it seems to be prudent to install something like this.
