I should be re-reading your first post re. your efforts at tracing the right-side wire back to source. Anyway, here's my guess:

I'm pretty sure power for the fog lights circuit begins at the main headlight relay, as this relay provides power to the system. Fogs will only come on when headlights are on, so it's likely that power comes from that relay.

From there it would go to the fog light switch. From the switch it should go to the rear fogs.

Except -
Pretty sure there's a fuse somewhere between the relay and the bulbs.
Maybe there's a relay just for the fogs? If so, probably behind the center console. fcpgroton.com has a page for "relays" and a diagram that's the same as in Bentley's. Maybe that will tell you about a fog light relay.

Main headlight relay has a red+green wire, that's power in from the battery/fuse panel (not fused though). Fat yellow wire goes out to the "step" relay (high-low beams). Other wire(s) out would be to fuse panel, then the parking lights, and to the fuse panel, then to the fog switch and fogs.

Hope this helps.
