Where is Oxygen Sensor Ground Point? 200 1991

1991 245, ignition off, I have 127 ohms to ground on the green wire spade plug that grounds my oxygen sensor. The wiring diagram shows it bolted to ground, rather than going into the control module.

The green wire heads off under the dash in the bundle with the other fuel system wires, but I don't see it coming out of the bundle anywhere. Anyone know where this wire goes to ground?

BTW, my Bosch oxygen sensor appears to be toast after only 2 yrs 20k mi. I keep setting a 2-1-2 code, and both terminals of the 2-wire connector read infinite resistance (i.e. 'open') with the car off and cool. I see that it had a small exhaust gasket leak blowing on the sensor and lead, but I would think it should tolerate that. Think I'll try Denso this time.

Thanks for your help!!
