overdrive S90-V90

It seems to me my V90 is not upshifting to overdrive. I don't drive it all that much and noticed that driving back from the airport last night that I was at about 2900 RPM at 70 mph and it stuck me that it should be dropping down at cruising speed. No codes and no difference between S and E switch settings.

I did a flush with dino ATF at 53K back in January and currently have 60K.
Any thoughts?
