Sunroof leaks - drains clear 900 1991

Making this post for my very busy son - who drives a 91 940.

The sunroof will leak water into the car - getting him wet when he makes a sharp turn - not when going straight. He has had the panel out and all 4 drains are clear. When he had the panel out - he poured a few cups of water in the trench and it drained out all 4 corners.

Any idea what is going on here. It was my understanding the seal around the panel is not that big of a factor.

Hope someone has an idea. His mom does not like her son getting wet.
