This was local Inter Auto Parts shop, here in San Diego.
They had it in stock, did not have to place any orders.

FCP Groton sells them for a low price too, $13 each:

I do not want to be missleading, but it seems that a VOLVO dealer would sell you one made at the same location, but maybe having VOLVO label on it. And charge you $50 or so each (just parts.. plus $100 if you let them do the work).
