Anyone know of garage space for rent in the Albany, NY area? 200

I rent a house without a garage, and in the winter the driveway gets dumped on with snow from the surrounding roofs... so I'm looking for a space where I can store my 240 and occasionally go to work on the car over the winter. Doesn't necessarily need to be heated, but electricity is necessary. And it needs to have enough room to maneuver around the car when doing suspension and brake work. That eliminates most of the garages for rent that I've seen.

Anyone know of a place? Anyone in a similar situation and want to share a space? Anyone come up with a good solution to this dilemna? I'd like to hear about it.
