Battery corrosion at negative terminal; time to replace battery?

The voltage readings sound good.
I would clean the terminals and see what shape they are in. I would NOT
replace them just because they are old. As long as they make good contact
at both ends and the insulation is in good shape, they are as good as new
ones, possibly better since there is a current downsizing trend in battery
cables because of the spiraling cost of copper.
