Oil on spark plug 700

I changed the spark plugs on my 90 740 GLE 16 valve this past w/e. I found a small residue of oil as I pulled out plugs from cylinder #1 and #2 and larger one from cylinder #4. Nothing on #3.The residue was on plug's thread and also at the entrance of cylinder on #4.
What should I look for as cause? Should I worry about it? Is it going to affect specially the start on cold mornings? The car is 180K miles.
Tks for yr help
