Center support bearing information 200 1988

My driveshaft center support bearing started howling today. Has never made any noise 'til today, now it sounds like a jet readying for takeoff. I'm just going to let my local independent mechanic fix it, should I also have them replace the u-joints while the driveshaft is removed? Any info on this issue would be appreciated- I am fairly mechanically inclined, but my garage is currently so full of miscellaneous junk that there is no way that I can repair this myself- (too cold outside!) I don't suppose there is a grease fitting on this bearing? Thanks- Brett M.
