Dash Back Lights S90-V90

How do you get to the lights behind the instrument cluster in a V90? One of the lights that light up the speedo burned out so I need to replace it.

I tried taking off the interior panel below the steering column like you could on a 240 but there is too much junk between me and the back of the instrument cluster so I figure you must pull out the instrument cluster, although I don't know how.

Also how do you replace the bulb(s) that light the W S E transmission buttons, The red indicator lights up but not the letters?
