940 GL driver's side front turn signal does not work... bulb is fine. 900 1992

I bought a 92 940 GL a few days ago, and the only problem that I can't figure out is the driver's side front turn signal does not work. I thought it was the bulb at first, but I've since replaced that... and still no luck. The corner light works, but it won't flash when turning. The dash turn indicator flashes quickly for that side, so it clearly reads it as a bad bulb. I'm sure the wiring or connector would be the issue, but I'm not sure where to start. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
