85' b230 'bogging down' 200

Hi all
This happened 2x in the last week.

At steady highway speed suddenly the car "bogs down" (as though it dropped a cylinder) ..... idles fine but no power/pumping throttle no motor rpm increase/ putting car in neutral; tapping the throttle and returning tranny to drive clears it up and it runs fine again ......?

Had issues a couple months ago leaving light's/stop signs where when pressing the throttle the motor didn't respond ....almost like a vacuum leak ... turning off & restarting the motor solved it "till the next time" and the car ran fine ....not too safe with someone behind me .....fortunately I alone drive the car. Hasn't happened in the last 3 months or more.

Did a tuneup/replaced the failed fuel rail pump (case split open at the end; hadn't seen that b4) checked vacuum hoses/ wiring/amm connection/ distributor in and out ....... all look good

What am I missing?
Thx in advance
