side marker light question 900 1997

Thanks for the reply.

I have a couple of other questions if you don't mind. When snaking the wire from the "emblem hole" towards the front blinkers....where should the coat hanger pop out? Right near the blinker? And...where to the side marker lights actually hook up to the blinker? (see attached pic) Do I cut the wires right behind the plug that connects to the blinker assembly? I noticed I don't have much exposed wire between the blinker "plug" and the thick protective wire coating that the three blinker wires are housed in. I hope this makes sense.
