What is this warning light 700 1989

When I started the beast on Saturday I had a new warning light on the dash, It is an exclamation point in a circle in red. My manual makes no reference to this as it only pictures the 760 dash for that year. It went out after a bit but returned this am when I started up. I thought maybe it was telling me it is too darned cold (-25c) to drive and to go back to bed, but I suspect it is something else.
