Your icon does not appear on the list for my 965, the most advanced in my Volvo stable and the only one I have that might relate you your problem.

Does you Volvo have an outside temperature indicator? Our 965 does, and there is a warning light with no icon. It is next to the temp LCD, and is a small light that comes on at 33F.

Your AM temp of -25C is definitely TFC for my operations.
