No heat in 144 140-160

I'm having this great problem of no heat in my car. It's currently -29C (or -20F for my American friends) and it just seemed to quit last night after working fine all day. The coolant was just changed and the blower motor seems to be working fine-except that it blows only cold air. The engine has been running at normal temperature aside from a moment when it started to overheat, but then it came back down and has been fine since. Any ideas??
