How to test Bilsteins when OFF the car? 140-160

I've had my Bilstein front struts and rear shocks revalved by Krupp-Bilstein in San Diego. The cost was $65ea, and the revalve process is essentially a rebuild, so they come back in like-new condition internally. I assume you have the blue & yellow Heavy Duty bilsteins? Those should definitley be rebuildable, with the optin to revalve to different rates. If you just want to have them checked, you could pay shipping both ways to San Diego and have them put the shocks on the shock dyno. Either way, ask for the dyno graphs up front. When I had mine revalved, they didn't include the graphs or the resistance values, so I had to call and ask...at which point I was given the resistance values but they don't keep the graphs.
