Passenger side steering boot wet 200 1986

Recently I've noticed that the steering boot has been wet and I've been losing some ps fluid from its little tank. What do I need to do to the boot in order to look behind it to see if I can see where it's leaking from? I there any repair that can be done or is this a case of a bad rack?

Thanks.
