Please help with engine id..... 200

Well this is not the original engine in this car. It has a 160 head that looks new or rebuilt on an used(dirty) engine stamped 81 next to the oil filter, which would make it a B21 I think. Also only has freeze plugs on exhaust side. So who knows if the distributor is from the original engine or not. You say that the 160 has smaller buring room, so would it raise the SCR from a 398? It also has the magnetic pick up for the dealer tool, which I guess only came on B21 blocks.
