1991 volvo 240 raido wiring 200 1991

I have a 1991 240 that has no working radio. Apparently the person who had the car before me had installed some kind of other radio in the car and took it out when they sold the car.

Now for my problem. I have aquired a raido and amp for a 1991 volvo. However the wires had been cut and the connector is missing and the wires on the car do not match the colors on the radio/amp. I can figure out the colors for the speakers but need to know which wires are the power wires on the raido and the car. One wire has to be the ignition wire that is hot when the key is on and I know that one has to be the constant power since this raido should have a security code to make it work. And that leads me to the next problem does anyone know how to get the code for the radio?

Any help with this wire color puzzle and the raido code problem will be greatly appreciated !
