need help with turbo upgrade 700

Hello,
I bought recently a 1986 760 turbo sedan with a defective turbo. I don't know those cars so I was told i should upgrade to a water cooled turbo which I bought indeed as well as the Haynes repair manual for the 700 models from 1982 to 1988.
My problem is the Haynes I got does not cover water-cooled turbos so I don't know exactly where to plug the water lines. I know one line is on the lower radiator hose which I should replace. But I don't know where the other line is getting to.

My question is does anyone have instructions or pictures on the upgrade or replacement of the water-cooled turbo? Anything else I should know when doing the upgrade?
