Water pump stud 200 1980

I'm doing the timing belt so I'm also doing the water pump. The belt looked like it could go another 50,000 miles so that is not the reason for my no start. The water pump is another story. It is a corroded mess. I got it off and found that two bolts had snapped off. I got the top one out but the bottom one (to the left of the water hole) has snapped off close to the block. Anybody had any success getting this type out?
