How the heck do I use an IPD gift certificate for an online order???

Stupid question. I have several IPD gift certificates that I'd like to use. I can't find any way to use them for an online order- i.e. I see no way to process or enter the certficate during the checkout process. The IPD website is no help. Either I'm really dense, or the IPD website needs work.
