IPD Sway Bars 200

I'm either going to find a set of turbo bars or buy some of IPD's soon, but I've got a question about the IPD bars: Is there a reason that IPD lists the 25/25mm bars as only for "GT, GLT, & lowered" 240s? Is the thicker rear bar undesirable for a non-lowered car?

Someone de-confuse me, please.
