Karl,
Follow the vclassics article. They do need to be tuned for cold weather, and it's natural, this is the first real cold we've had.
Your choke is a little sticky, especially the front carb as I recall, check to make sure that isn't it. This was part of the problem I noticed when I saw your choke was only moving one carburetor (this could also be the problem).

Worse case, if you can get it to me this weekend I should be able to sort it out.
