Hi. I have a 91 745 Turbo, which I bought not running. I have been working on it, and have become especially familiar with the electrical system. The ground for the speedo is in the driver's side kick panel, behind the trim. This ground also serves as 1 of the ECU grounds as well. On my car, the bolt that holds the ground plate in place was so loose, I can't believe it ever grounded! If yours is like mine, you may haver found the problem.
