Diesel in a Gas Engine? 200

OK fellow brick owners, pat yourselves on the back for making a brick owner lose feeling (tingling) in his left hand pinky and ring fingers from resting elbow on desk while reading the myriad of info from brickboard...

Anyway, to the point, Diesel in Gas Engine? well I own a 95 2 door Tahoe as well, it's lifted, tweeked, rubbered with swampers and is used ONLY for offroad adventures and being in Hee Haw Texas I get to associate with a bunch of 350ci lovers and I've come across a method of de-sludging a block and pan... From what was described is that you warm engine to normal temp and you drain 2 quarts of oil and replace it with diesel into the oil fill hole and run for about 10-12 mintues then drain... you should see the same thing as child birth only in your oil exreta.

Anyone ever heard of this backwoods trick?
And will this work well in a B230F?
I really like Seafoam but you just can't use it in the block
(I have a suspicion that the PO was using crummy Pennsoil)

Resopnsed appreciated
Tim
