Crank Pulleys 120-130

you might know that my car no longer startes and I'm trying to learn more about setting timing and such.

In my B20E new gasket/cleanup/paint swamp into Amazon project, I switched the grimy-as-all-heck B20E crank pulley for a much cleaner ca. 1967 B18 crank pulley. It fit just fine, but the B18 pulley lacks the engraved numbers on the timing tick marks. I think they are on the front right up by ...

Aside from the location of the timing mark values, are there any differences between the two pulley actual timing tick marks?

When #1 is TDC, the timing appears to be at the second tick mark (5 degrees). This doesn't seem quite right, but physically moving the distributor gear does not make it match up.
