spark plug pics. take a look

I would do a compression test. The rear plug being different makes me think that a head gasket leak might be developing. Those deposits remind me of the junk leaded fuel used to leave on spark plugs, but in this case it must be something else contaminating it.

20W/50 is wastefully thick and you are burning up extra fuel for no good reason while also probably causing your motor to run hotter than it would on a thinner oil. If you must run a heavier style oil, I would use 15W/40 at the most. 20W/50 is outdated to say the least.
