switched motors HELP....? 700 1990

OK HERES WHAT I DID...HAVE A 740 WITH A REGINA SYSTEM IN IT, FOUND OUT THE DIFFERENCE WHEN ONLY 2 PLUGS WERE FIRING,,,,,FLYWHEEL ON REGINA HAS 2 SOLID PIECES ON FLYWHEEL RING THAT TRIGGERS SENSOR ON TOP OF BELL HOUSING..HAD TO CHANGE THE FLYWHEEL..UGGGHHHH, ANYWAY..THE MOTOR AND TRANNY CAME FROM A 89 740..EVERYTHING LOOKS THE SAME, ELECTRICAL PLUGS ETC. BUT NOW THAT I HAVE SPARK ON ALL 4 CYLINDERS...IT IS RUNNING VERY RICH, AND SLOW AT IDLE....EVEN HAS FUMES/ UNBURNT GAS FROM TAILPIPE....HELP...ANYONE? IS THERE OTHER DEVICES I NEED TO CHANGE? THANKS
