164 Upper Contorl Arm Bushings 140-160

I am rebuilding the suspension on my 164 as part of one of my classes. I have the front axle completely disassembled. The upper control arm bushings are completely worn out and need replacement. Can anyone explain how to press the old bushings out and the new ones in? I can't quite figure it out. The lower bushings were relatively easy to remove. I know the 164 bushings are a little different from the 140 ones and I can't find any pictures of the bushing.
Thanks,
Nick
