Ok, I tested the leads to the switch, and there is infact 12v present. BTW, on my 91 car, the ignition DOES need to be on to get voltage there. So, as you said, the bulb failure relay is suspect, and I suppose I'll check that somehow. Anyone have a spare laying around? :-) When I lived in FL I had an awesome recycling yard with lots of Volvos, here in CA, not so much.
