Those are perfectly fine numbers, and from your description, it sounds like you have yourself a nice healthy motor! I've had decent running engines with down to 110-120psi in each cylinder... The discrepancy you find may even be due to the valve lash settings, but why bother! The main thing you look for when looking at compression is for big differences between the cylinders. 10 psi variance isn't really too big to mention with the rest of your numbers, I'd think.
